
LA PALOMA
This cocktail’s origins date back to 1950s in Mexico. While its exact origins are unknown, some believe the name “Paloma”, which is Spanish for “dove”, may have come from a Mexican folklore song with the same name. It is simply refreshing, and very simple to make!
Ingredients:
- La Nima Blanco or Reposado Tequila- 1½ oz / 45 ml
- Fresh Grapefruit Juice- 1 oz / 30 ml
- Freshly squeezed lime juice- 1½ oz / 45 ml
- Agave Nectar- ½ ounce or to taste
- Sparkling Pink Grapefruit Juice/ Soda- Splash
- Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge
Instructions: Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.
