LA PALOMA DE GINGER MINT

A fun, refreshing twist on a classic. This drink packs a punch combining ginger and mint, two of our favs.

Ingredients:

  • La Nima Blanco or Reposado Tequila- 1½ oz / 45 ml
  • Fresh Grapefruit Juice- 1 ounce 
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice- 1½ oz / 45 ml
  • Ginger Syrup- ½ oz / 15 ml
  • Mint leaves- around 10
  • Ginger Beer- Optional to top off
  • Garnish: Grapefruit Wedge and a Mint sprig

Instructions: Combine all ingredients into shaker, muddle mint. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into glass. Add fresh ice and garnish.
