LA MARGARITA DE SPICY CUCUMBER

it’s a touch of sweet, a little bit spicy, and so refreshing too! Perfect for spring, and the summer days.

Ingredients:

  • La Nima Blanco Premium Tequila- 1½ oz / 45 ml
  • Simple Syrup- ¼ ounce / 7 ml
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice- ¾ ounce / 22 ml
  • Sliced Cucumber- 2 Slices
  • Sliced Jalapeño- To taste
  • Garnish: Cucumber Wheel and Jalapeño Slice

Instructions: Muddle cucumber/jalapeño. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, simple syrup, freshly squeezed lime juice and muddled mix. Shake vigorously, then strain into the prepared glass with salt rim, and garnish with a lime wedge.
