
El Carajillo (Mexican Spiked Coffee)
This Mexican Coffee is a spin on the classic Irish coffee with Kahlua, tequila, and cinnamon, topped off with a cloud of fluffy whipped cream. Easy to make with just a few simple ingredients, this coffee cocktail is sure to be a favorite.
Ingredients:
- La Nima Blanco Premium or Reposado Tequila- 1 oz / 30 ml
- Warm Coffee- 6 oz / 180 ml
- Kahlua®– ½ oz / 15ml
- Orange Liqueur (Cointreau®, Grand Marnier®) – ½ oz / 15 ml
- Vanilla Extract- 1dash
- Sweetened Whip Cream
- Garnish: Cinnamon
Instructions: Make the coffee, using your favorite method. Add the coffee to a glass or coffee mug, leaving about an inch at the top for cream. Stir in the coffee, tequila, Kahlua, Orange Liqueur, and vanilla. Add whipped cream and cinnamon garnish.
