EL BLOOD ORANGE MIMOSA

Take your bottomless brunch to new heights with this twist on a classic mimosa. We guarantee you will love it.

Ingredients: 

  • La Nima Blanco Tequila – 1 oz / 30 ml
  • Fresh Blood Orange Juice – 1 oz / 30 ml
  • Ginger Liqueur – ½ oz or to taste 
  • Chilled Prosecco- Top off
  • Rim: Equal Parts Salt/Sugar/Tajin®
  • Garnish: Blood Orange Peel

Instructions: Wet ½ rim of glass with orange wedge and dip into salt mixture. Combine all ingredients, except prosecco into a tin shaker. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain into a rimmed champagne flute. Top off with chilled prosecco and garnish.
