The watermelon martini is a flavored Mexican martini. It’s actually more like a Cosmo than a dry martini. Made with tequila and watermelon, it’s a twist on a twist!

Ingredients: 

• La Nima Blanco Premium Tequila- 1½ ounces 
• Orange Liqueur (Cointreau®, Grand Marnier®)- ½ oz / 15 ml
• Freshly-squeezed lime juice- ½ oz / 15 ml
• Watermelon Juice- 4 oz / 120 ml
• Mint Leaves: 2-4 leaves
• Optional Sweetener: agave nectar or simple syrup to taste
• Ice
• Garnish: watermelon wedge

Instructions: Muddle watermelon and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add all liquid ingredients in the same cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously with ice to chill. Strain into martini glass, and garnish.
